Shipping & Delivery Policy

EBSB Solutions provides construction, renovation, flooring, building materials, and related services. This Shipping & Delivery Policy explains how materials and products may be delivered in connection with purchases and projects.

1. Job-Site Material Delivery

When applicable, EBSB Solutions may arrange for materials to be delivered to the project/job site.

Our standard practice is to arrange for materials to arrive the day before the scheduled project, when reasonably possible.

Delivery timing may vary based on supplier availability, transportation, weather, product availability, and other circumstances outside our control.

2. Delivery Address

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate delivery address and notifying EBSB Solutions of any access restrictions or special delivery instructions.

The delivery location should be reasonably accessible for the delivery vehicle and materials.

3. Delivery Delays

Delivery dates and times are estimates unless a specific delivery time has been guaranteed in writing.

Delays may occur because of:

- Weather
- Supplier delays
- Shipping delays
- Product shortages
- Transportation issues
- Traffic
- Manufacturer delays
- Incorrect or incomplete delivery information
- Circumstances beyond EBSB Solutions' reasonable control

We will make reasonable efforts to communicate significant delivery delays.

4. Inspection of Materials

Customers should inspect materials when reasonably possible after delivery.

If materials appear damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, the customer should notify EBSB Solutions as soon as possible.

Photographs may be requested to document damaged or incorrect materials.

5. Delivery and Construction Schedule

A material delivery does not necessarily mean that installation or construction will begin immediately.

The project schedule remains subject to the approved construction agreement, estimate, scope of work, material availability, site conditions, and other project requirements.

6. Customer-Provided Materials

EBSB Solutions is not responsible for delivery delays, shortages, defects, or damage involving materials purchased and delivered directly by the customer or another third party.

7. Special-Order Materials

Special-order and custom materials may require additional delivery time.

Estimated delivery dates may change based on manufacturer or supplier availability.

8. Delivery Fees

Any applicable delivery, freight, handling, or special delivery fees will be identified in the applicable estimate, invoice, or project agreement when known.

9. Failed or Restricted Delivery

Additional delivery or handling charges may apply when delivery cannot be completed because of inaccurate information, inaccessible locations, customer-requested changes, or other circumstances attributable to the customer, when permitted by the applicable agreement and law.
